Dream Home Furniture provides flat-rate local delivery and professional room-of-choice assembly across six Central Coast zones: Santa Maria & Orcutt ($75), Nipomo ($100), 5 Cities including Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, Oceano, and Avila Beach ($150), San Luis Obispo ($175), Lompoc & Vandenberg Space Force Base ($150), and the Santa Ynez Valley including Solvang, Buellton, and Santa Ynez ($175). Free customer pickup is also available directly at our Santa Maria Town Center showroom.
Yes! Unlike big-box stores or freight shippers that drop heavy cartons on your curb, complete in-home room-of-choice delivery and white-glove assembly are included with every delivery order. Our trained logistics crew unboxes your items, inspects all components, completes full mechanical assembly of bed frames, dressers, dining sets, and vanity mirrors, positions each piece in your desired room, and hauls away all packaging and cardboard debris.
We offer a standard 30-day return window for undamaged items in their original condition and packaging. For items with verified manufacturer defects, transit damage, or missing hardware, we provide an extended 60-day replacement and claim period. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is strictly required before any item can be returned or exchanged. You can submit an RMA request online via our Returns & Claims portal or by calling our Santa Maria showroom at (805) 803-1957.
Our physical showroom is located inside the Santa Maria Town Center mall at 379 Town Center E, Santa Maria, CA 93454, on the upper level directly across from Macy's. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our online website is open 24/7 for catalog browsing, ordering, and inquiries.
You can order online directly through our website or visit our Santa Maria showroom in person. During checkout, select your Central Coast delivery zone or free showroom pickup. Once your order is confirmed, our local logistics dispatch team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm inventory availability and schedule a convenient 2-hour delivery window with our in-home setup crew.
